mad respect for reaching out to ask for help and Im sorry you are hurting. I know its hard feeling stuck in that cycle, but you arent ruined. You are struggling but that doesnt define your entire future and life. There are ways to work thru what you are dealing with and you are not alone. First step is being kinder to yourself. Shame only keeps us stuck. Also, I need help is a good instinct. That might mean talking to a therapist, pastor, mentor, recovery group, or someone who can help you build actual stru

structure instead of just trying to white-knuckle it alone. Youre not ruined. But you do need , honesty, and a plan.
